It's all about location, and if you are willing to pay for convenience of not commuting or not. But for 1800/month I can get a pretty dope condo in the inner loop and it wouldn't have to be a studio.

what kind of condo? cause when i hear the word condo I think about those super expensive places that wealthy/rich people have...but some people call studios, condos and lofts.

and Houston is more expensive than Austin?

Westchase District should be right up your alley if you want something decent in that price range without too much riff raff. Also briar forest and highway 6 got some really nice places, but they might be just a bit above your budget but not too much if you're willing to budge.

The one by Hobby? And you want to live way out in Westchase? You like commuting?

I'd suggest Pearland breh, you can also look in the Gulf Point area or even Clear Lake those would be better locations. No real reason for you to stay out in Westchase.

Thats the one thing i hate about Houston shyt is so spaced out, as of now im still looking i have a month and a half before im going to be ready, to move anyway.

I was looking at pearland but shyt is out of my price range my pops live out there.

All I can say is do your research, try to find some place built in the past two years or later. Worst thing you can do is get trapped in a shythole. If possible, get them to show you the actual apartment and not a model.
