Had one donut from Shipley's yesterday before getting on my Paleo diet.

I'm about to head out there for the day parade with the fam. If I didn't have to work later this afternoon I would've rode our krewe float and went to the strand tonight.

I went out there last nite....but we heard country western music being played and kept driving , we could see the lights and people with beads on walking to a street a block over, couldn't really tell what was happening though..... probably should have at least got out the car........ ..... went to Drink Houston instead.. People on the street said next Saturday they having another parade and is probably better... I'll see....
