There are moments when in an agent shows their value in arbitrary dispute, but outside of that. I've seen so many with little fiduciary duty to their client--push for the highest amount qualified and if the client is willing to overpay on a listing? Get them into the bidding war.

They'll be handed once this crashes.

I’m a home inspector. I see how the bad realtors take advantage of their clients. You’re right about that bubble bursting. After the next crash people will use Zillow or Redfin to buy homes.

when I seen it was DJ Alo it brought back memories. Back when I was like 21 (10 years ago) dude was popping in the Houston DJ club scene. Not surprised at all he married a sista

while he look like a random Asian to yal. He has (had) some “clout” in Houston
