its the simple fact that these are the women those men are in proximity to when it comes to work and social circles.

The Realtor I used to find my current home was a 5'2 big titty Latina who knew the game and used it to OUR advantage. The seller's agent was ready to risk it all after dealing with her briefly and caved to every single demand or stipulation I set in an instant.

These sellers and seller agents got to be dumb as hell. Unless the buyer agent setting that mouth and ass out (even then it ain't worth it) why are they cutting their own legs out in a business deal.
