listen man, i salute the young azbreh for his catch but what he doesn't understand and what most men that marry whores like this dont understand is that she is not dressing that way for you, if a woman carries herself that way its because she is constantly advertising for a possible better deal. You gotta ask yourself why a woman would dress in a way that would make other men LUST after he while he wasnt around...azian breh thinks he got a win here but in reality she will cheat on him and it wont take 10 years for her to do it..a woman that respects herself and her marriage does not dress in a way that would make other men think she is available....i bet if aznbreh told her to delete her socials she would divorce him, women today are married to social media, the men they "marry" are just decorations on their life that they swap out here and there...

You'll meet a rare one that actually tries hard to fish for deals and won't push into a bidding war. But most aren't worth a lick. They show up at closing for signatures & collect that commission on listings you found. Almost everyone I know who's bought model or spec home didn't feel their agent was worth that % in the end. Most had their bank qualified loan on hand, compared their own comps, stayed in touch with the builder and did their homework on their area ahead of time. Agents are glorified middlemen and sales rep. Especially the ones that make their commission on pushing people to take the max amount on their mortgage. Most don't care of their client is taking on a risk and pushing their budgets.

I was being generous giving them 10% of the work. But some people don't know any better. And end up hiring these Insta agents. There are moments when in an agent shows their value in arbitrary dispute, but outside of that. I've seen so many with little fiduciary duty to their client--push for the highest amount qualified and if the client is willing to overpay on a listing? Get them into the bidding war.

They'll be handed once this crashes.

Historic low inventory, it dun take much of anything to even show. Sell it in less than 2 hours, most likely after a bidding war. And get 3% of that?......Last metric I read is that there are more agents than listings right now. So the competition for them to get clients is high.

Give me an ugly one who's willing to take 1.5%
