26 billion (of which only one-third will be for Gaza) to a WORLD POWER in military and technology and a country that is currently using said aid to kill 1000s of civilians every week? No conditions on this aid? Have these people lost their minds?

Even with $150 Billion going to Ukraine, its not like we are just sending them money.
Most of that is equipment and weapons. Then a good portion of it are loans.
That doesn't nearly have the same inflationary effect of pumping $800 billion into U.S. economy.
This is true

At some point a serious discussion is going to have to be had on Ukraine. How long do we just keep sending them money? Their only way to victory is if Putin quits and withdraws (not gonna happen) or if they can force Russia out (also not gonna happen).

So what is the endgame here?
At this point I think Russia is essentially bleeding out economy out. They know they can't push further unless they fully commit to total war and Ukraine can't actually beat them. But this option hurts the U.S economy and builds up anti resentment here.

Like US Debt is a real thing, people like you think there is some boogeyman gonna come knocking at the US doors asking for money
A big chunck of the debt is owed to the people from raiding Social Security to pay for other things. But yeah I can't see a situation where any country will ever step and try to get the money back. We'd bomb them off principle lol

Nah, the money "Given" to Ukraine is selling them arms and its pocket change for the US economy. The best investment when it comes to war is the reciprocal proxy war: give Ukraine the weapons and let them do the fighting. The only economic pain we get from Russia is when their warring directly or indirectly fukks with supply lines and commodities like wheat and oil. Anti war resentment is a real thing, but Russia literally started it. You have a better anti-war argument about Israel's support, but hitting Russia and forcing them into a generational stalemate is worth more to US global interests than the common American cares to learn about.
