Great show but the unnecessary homo scenes take away from it a lil
It was actually a big turn off
It did nothing positive for the show
Kinda like when deb fell in love with dexter
You're alone there. I thought it was an interesting twist, leaving things open for some crazy shyt to go down later regarding his homoness

:patrice: Just finished. It started to get old how.frank ALWAYS got his way and outsmarted everyone

There was this guy who didn't always get his way but they didn't make a show about him.

I'm alone in finding the fakkit shyt unnecessary? I doubt that. I think you're the only one who likes it. There was no purpose for it. Many crazy shyt went down without any homosexuality. I think it was stupid and part of the gay agenda. I understood it in OZ but it has no place here.

Yes. And he's a great actor. I have no problem with him being gay. I have no problem with gay characters. But in this case I feel like it was completely unnecessary.

How is the British version compared to this?

It is really great, it is definitely worth a watch. I think it was made 1990, but the themes in it definitely make it ahead of it's time. You don't really have to understand British politics to keep up with the show.
Frank Urquhart (Underwood) is more villiany. He is straight :demonic:.

The H
Hard to believe that some of the most powerful people in America were so gullible. It was hard to watch every single politician fall for Frank's bullshyt. Damn nikkas, can't you spot an obvious ploy when you see one, especially in such a competitive field? Show is great, and keeps me hooked. But the fact that Frank is so much smarter than everyone else in this show kind of kills the intelligence behind it. LOL at Walker being such a chump. A president could never be a chump. Becoming the president of America is one of the most strategically intense tasks on this planet, but Walker was falling for all of Frank's bullshyt. Dude was dumb as fukk. And IMO, a political drama needs to keep its integrity. This isn't some popcorn show like Suits, but it definitely isn't as intelligently written as elite tier shows, like Breaking Bad.

Also, the overwhelmingly amount of evil doings by evil people gets tiring. Russo was great for season 1, as he brought someone the audience could root for morally. I hope next season they introduce characters who are morally strong and not just more corrupt politicians. The government isn't as corrupt and twisted as the show likes to portray.
