If you believe that rapist are out of your control, than why would you believe that telling young women to dress moderatley would help stop a rapist?
A woman can be raped or sexually assaulted anywhere, while wearing anything.
If we want to do something about it, why not educate the younger generation of young boys about sexual assault and what it means. Also, more openness about any deviant desires young men and boys may have so we can help them psychologically.
