guess people gotta play it on the 4 
Their first time out.
Open world console games almost always have problems with the transition to PC.
They should be able to fix it soon. Probably should have waited to put it out. No way they didn’t know about these issues.

The PS4 version doesn't have any "profound technical issues" breh
The “profound technical issues” are in trying to take this game to 4k 60fps.The PS4 version doesn't have any "profound technical issues" breh
Playing it at 1080p 30fps is just fine.

PC does a better job at the PS4 level specs.
Master race just expects master race performance.

Play at PS4 level settings at 30fps on a much more powerful PC brehs.
Yes even in performance mode on PS4 pro it’s running at well under 4KIn performance mode.
