Dudes will be like 'most of the sales were for less than retail' like it's a gotcha... but then stan a system that doesn't even try and sell games at full price, and even if you extrapolate the cost of GPU across even a limited number of games played per year for your fee, literally zero games on GP correlate to a $70 price tag.
Like... it's an own if most of HZD wasn't sold at full price but it's a flex if literally nothing MS have put out in 3 years moves units at any price besides $free.99?
Make it make sense
Yeah because it’s going to stay at 8.4m forever. ClownI’m looking at the numbers you posted.
First is at 24 million.
This one is at 8.6
If the first picked up all those sales after the PC release, then presumably this one would need a similar trajectory.
Don’t know why these things are so difficult for you

amazing game and franchise ... with ignorant stan commentary
the game is sold with the ps5 in a bundle
This ain’t news though. Most of these games don’t get completed in the launch window and most sales pick up later on.70% of HZD sales were at way less than retail.
Didn’t utilize enough of the SSDSo was ratchet and clank, why hasn’t that sold over 8 million copies?
because not every adult wants to play a game made for childrenSo was ratchet and clank, why hasn’t that sold over 8 million copies?
Most games don’t sell that much way after the first year or so.This ain’t news though. Most of these games don’t get completed in the launch window and most sales pick up later on.
That just tells us a few things:
1. Games are generally over priced
2. Most gamers don’t feel the need to buy games day 1
3. It’s viewed relatively well or has been patched well if sales continue over time.
