Drought would be an overstatement, for sure. Maybe mildy so on the AAA plane, but even then, it's like...how many AAA games or games period does one need all at once? I've hardly beaten any of the newest shyt that has came out in the past 2 months to want/need to dive into something else big and new already. Let shyt breathe a lil.

Yeah, realistically just horizon and elden ring alone are 200+ hours of game, not counting any new game plus. Then you have games like Ghostwire, Pokemon, Dying Light 2, Kirby etc.
Far from a drought, maybe upcoming gaming news wise but not currently

I'm still on Horizon and Elden Ring. I played like 30 minutes of Arceus and I still got games from last year that I haven't touched. I could go for months without new games honestly(for me.)

Halo is a FTP game. It wouldn’t be on a “sales” list, but it has definitely enjoyed more users and engagement since release.
