I rather trust them instead of you.

Of course you rather trust them you want the coddlers as do most people. You don't want people to push you hard or "insult" you. I'm just glad I have the people who push me hard and insult me because without them I wouldn't be where I'm at. Maybe you need some of that not from me but from those you trust cause your current,path isn't looking good. Who follows or listens to a leader they have no faith in/think he can better them? I sure as hell wouldn't and don't think most other people would instinctively either.

They did something that made them fail so of course they would know about that action more so than others.
