Microsoft aren’t even bothering to put actual data on disc anymore. The paid single player campaign only acts as digital DLC to multiplayer :francis:

Microsoft gaming chief calls for industry-wide game preservation

@winb83

This is hardly Microsoft's worst offense. Backwards compatibility itself depends on their servers. I already pointed this out though
Has Halo campaign redeemed itself after 5? Reviews are in.

i actually buy discs, so i care. i also dont really play all these online games as a service type things.
OP is being facetious and trying to draw attention away from the good launch week Halo is having. Of course people care about game preservation.

Brother gizzard, I took the pleasure of pasting over a bingo card I saw on discord. Maybe it can help with planning tomorrow's thread. Be careful as there are a few pro-xbox tiles you'll want to avoid. I figured you'd be going with "Halo onLY has 1 BIomE" but just in case you change your mind.

Because if you're buying a disc, you should just be able to pop it in and play the game.

You legit can't do that with ton's of games.

I just ran into with nintendo of all systems. Popped in a game and couldn't play it until I updated the game.
Game had a worldwide release so everyone was able to play simultaneously:yeshrug:

now that it’s out…what’s the point of this thread?

It's killing gizmo that microsoft is not only making good games but doing things right by fans, so grasping at straws.
