It would be simple for me to be an Atheist. Today, I had to negotiate some business deals at work... but still work in Prayer times, still had to do volunteer work with children.. Reading the Quran may be what is leading me to do well in life, but it also leads me to want to help others non stop. You simply can't study it and not get this feeling. Anyway, if I was an atheist, I could have be making it rain at the tittie bar tonight instead getting my d1ck sucked. Well, technically there is a gun of sorts to our heads... Assuming Abrahamic dogma is true, something very bad will happen to those who do not believe. Not to mention infinitely worse than being shot in the head.

I don't know your motivations, but maybe fear of that celestial gun is what drives believers to do good ... which is fine I suppose. But let's not undermine the completely secular reasons as well. I disagree that your belief in god keeps you out of titty bars ... let's not pretend that atheists are the only ones funding the billion dollar adult industry. Both believers and non-believers do good and bad when ever they feel like it, and being an atheist doesn't make it easier not to do good.

Without breaking it down too far... ur correct God keeps no one out of tittybars, but some people who practice and study certain religions develop different habits and desires than they might have had otherwise. You can stop practicing.. just like lifting weights, you will slowly begin to lose muscle mass if you don't lift and train. Quran, pillars, culture.. keeps you on your sh1t so that, while you are still human, you can be a better human than you normally would be and hopefully a more fulfilled one. helping others is just one of those pillars that keeps you on track and keeps your mind on not just yourself, but your people doing good. It's universal and one thing that I struggle with is that I ONLY help black youth. I have never lifted a finger for a person of another race, not out of hate, but because I feel like they have their helpers.

Anyway, Not a gun. Sh1t look at it like this. If an atheist is wrong.. HE IS fukked. If a Muslim is wrong... He looks retarded as fukk, but at least he lived a good life, a healthy life, and hopefully a fulfilling life. Either way, not only do we not know anything for certain about our creation... we don't know anything for certain about our current existence. We tell time and celebrate our birthdays when truthfully there is no such thing as time. We talk about empirical evidence, keeping it real, and how we are small within out universe- when we don't even know if our experiences are real or illusion. So naw, there is no gun to anyone's head. In the Abrahimic sense Our Creator, the Most high gave us .... something that he didn't even have to give us.. our most prized possession next to our soul, and That's free will. Free will is the reason that I've lived damn near the craziest life probably in HL, yet the entire time I knew it was all so so Demonic.

Ive read the bible front to back unlike 90% of christians. 200 years ago slavemasters justified slavery because it's endorsed by the bible. guess what, the bible still endorses slavery, its society that changed.
