and to answer your question, you aren't doomed if you give righteousness a 100% effort and be pious as you can be. No need to meet the fool.

Holy Quran is a guide and blueprint... but some of the ways of Islam (and religion in general, Christianity and Buddhism) have already effected world enough that most humans generally will know what they need to do to be true to them selves and attempt righteousness.

There are issues with being narrow minded and needing to stick close to institutionalized beliefs within the scientific community. Science is wrong about many things year after year, but with science it's ok to be wrong as long as there is a better theory to replace an old theory.

Religion shouldn't be at war with science, even if science (not scientist, but random people on the internet and others) is at war with religion.

There are so many different disciplines within Natural and social sciences and 99 % of them don't conflict with religion at all. There are a couple popular theories in biology that may conflict with religion.

Most topics in science were created by religious people to help deal with religious issues. Europe and the Middle East both were lost scientifically before religious scientist wanted to solve issues using different scientific methods. Ideas that are used to attack religious people today, like empirical evidence and a quantitative approach to scientific inquiries, were developed by Muslims and Christians.

Right about what? Religion isn't about one upping another belief system, or ridiculing someone for not believing in something. A matter of logic... So is it not logical to actually study something and make an attempt to understand it because you generalize, criticize, and question it??

Don't get it twisted, there are even so called religious people that are confused about religion and don't actually study their own books. Is it not possible for God to have more than one message or more than one way to present principles? If people were created in the image and we can know our audience and present more than one message, then y would it be beyond a creator?
