1st Round Playoff Exits
Still relevant to the discussion. Historically many black families struggle to get back on top financially, years after a recession hits.

There's several studies out that suggests many communities of color are still struggling from the great recession a decade ago.

The key component to article is looking at how rich people prospered, by buying up land for cheap.

LA the city only had 1000 of them. So that means suburbs of la had another 1500 homicides. LA might be the first city to have extremely violent suburbs. Even to this day I don't think no city has suburbs as violent as la.
LA proper, aint that big. And it depends on what you quantify as the suburbs.

Places like Lynnwood, Gardena, or Paramount might be considered the suburbs, but they're still areas where gangs are active.

like what @Serious pointed out what it said in the article "What's significant is that each of those numbers represents a human being":wow:

those victims have a story thats untold

DC and New Orleans was on some war zone shyt
I got a lot of uncles and big cousins who didn’t make it out the 90’s they were either killed or sitting behind bars forever for killing

It’s sad an entire generation damn near lost
