He must be a white belt. A real practitioner would know you don't hold those kind of strangles for more then 10 seconds after they lose consciousness. 60 seconds is commonly the death number and 30 would be pushing it to brain damage.

Cause I've dealt with a couple of these p*ssy ass peckerwood wanna be vigilante Batman types and they're fukking annoying to be around.
There have been incidents where I'm just minding my own business and some pitiful out of shape white man wearing cop shades and khaks and a polo is in my direction because he thinks I'm trying to steal something or cause trouble but in reality he's singling me out because I'm one of the only black people in a white space and he feels like getting in a black man's face.
Or when I've been walking close to a white man minding my own business, not bothering anybody, with his wife or girlfriend and they see me and he clutches her or they switch positions.
Or I've been driving and some p*ssy ass insecure cracker that comes up to my car window, knocks on it and try to pretend like hes the police.
To which point I ask him "who are you?" and they go away.
White male insecurity mixed with racism and anti blackness is a motherfukker.
They really see a black man in any space is a threat just because of that.
I hate these crackers that want to get up in a black man's face and cause harm to them because they think they're gonna play hero... when in reality they are a racist piece of shyt and they just want to hurt and/or kill a black man and use their "im white and I say so" privilege to get out of facing serious legal repercussions for it.

true but cqc is is barely competent, white belt level. they dont go nowhere near as in depth on proper grappling mechanics to even be blue belt level.

He's right, under the new laws in NYS, after an arrest you have 5 days to present a case to the grand jury for indictment - if you don't secure that indictment within 5 days of his arrest, he's released.
So for example, lets say they arrested the CAC right then and there....the clock starts. If for whatever reason, the ME's office delayed in putting out the report, or some other factor caused a delay of additional evidence, then once those 5 days run out they would have to let the CAC go.
Now, they can still indict after the fact, but then they'd have to get a new jury together and re-present the case, which isn't that big of a problem. But from a public relations standpoint it's not a good look.
Letting him go was legally smart, because now you're not racing against that 5 day clock while trying to gather evidence. This way he can get arrested once authorities have all their ducks in order and not have to worry about gathering anymore evidence.

Most of them love going to prison and get petty assault charges because they can't take being out on the street anymore
Why would I care how many times a homeless person has been arrested? If you understand what that life precludes you towards you know prison and hospital stays are like brief respites for the unhoused.
