so in your opinion it doesnt matter that some people are born into awful poverty and die of an illness because they dont have access to medicine that is readily available in other places?? because after they die their spirit will go into a good place? in your opinion? oh ok good luck with your theories and beliefs that can never be proven or disproven by humans, forget about how the only way to measure how good of a person someone is on earth is to gauge how they treat others. calling a situation in which other humans are born into a life of poverty and starvation "some crybaby shyt" really says a lot about you and your personality.
I think the concept of heaven isn't something that is to be taken literal, if anything I think it is a state of mind like happiness and sadness. Also I thinik we create or own heaven's and hell on earth and example of that would be like North korea or some spots in the middle east being a hell and spots like Monaco or Tahiti being heaven. Then there is everything in between being like a purgatory
Yea I think so but if there are higher dimensions than the one that we are living on then I guess some might consider that to be heaven .Basically a way to comfort one's fear of dying.

Also I notice when people have near death experiences, depending on the culture you grew up in people will see the gods or mythology that they were bought up with. I never heard a hindu say that they seen jesus when they had a NDE or the other way around. But if I had to guess I think it's the same state you were before you were born.
Oh okay that's cool man , I don't identify myself with what I don't believe or know but since I haven't studied all the religions (well at least the mainstream ones) I would fall into that atheist agnostic category. I wanna disagree with you on the order and moral part but I think you might have a point especially in are infancy as a species religions were def tool for us to try and make since out of this world and universe we found are selves in. But I will say there are a lot of places like Japan and a lot of northern European countries that have low levels of religion and they seem to be doing okay, so there might be some hope on the order and no morals without religion tip.It makes a good story, imagine dying and going to a place to reunite with the people you love.
The idea is comforting and in some ways you need religion to maintain order.
If you had no religion then you have no morals, people question their existence, and things become chaotic.
I'm an agnostic but it's only the extremist I have a problem with.
Very good post right here.breh imagine it's the year 500 Bc and you're trying to explain to someone that you are made out of energy. That your physical body isn't really there it's a vibration That all matter is really something vibrating at the same density. Imagine telling them that energy cannot be created or destroyed etc etc. They'd look at you like
I think that's one of the reasons the bible is written the way it is. This Universe is infinitely complex and it needed to be explained in very simplistic terms. The other reasons are because most of the bible is allegorical and also it was never one book it's actually a compilation strung together with pieces added on and also other texts removed.
Imagine Having Lived A Long Life, Then You Get To Heaven And Now What?
God Puts You To Work?
You Sit Around Praising Him Like King Henry As His Loyal Peasant?
Oh Wait! You Get To See All Your Old Dead Relatives!
Oh Ok Now What?
Are We Gonna Sit Around And Reminisce? Go To A Family BBQ? I Highly Doubt That
Well according to jesus description heaven is just like earth ONLY that there is no more death, pain, hungry, or thirst. There will be poor and rich there as well. The more you stick to jesus teaches "the more you will be rewarded in heaven"
Does That Mean You Have A House And A Car? And Can Go To Theme Parks On The Weekend For Fun? lol What If I Fall Off A Building What Happens? Can I Dust Myself Off And Laugh About It?
Why would there be buildings?
according to jesus description heaven is just like earth
