I don't think Kanye was bothered by Hitboy's come up or becoming bigger. I think Kanye was more so bothered by Hitboy landing a placement on that Beyonce album and he didn't. That album was a big deal and the song Hitboy did was a single and a remix with Nicki Minaj.

Hitboy also had a song on Jay's album that same year and Kanye wasn't on that one either.

Kanye even went as far as dissing JT's collaboration ("Suit & Tie") with Jay Z out of nowhere.

He has to feel some kinda way about Kings Disease getting accolades and rave reviews for the most part..compared to Nasir that got panned a lot
