Man, for as long as Mestizo culture has existed, they have never liked blacks (and when they "like" blacks, it is a mix of envy/power/control, cac shyt) There is no Mestizo-dominated country on the planet where blacks aren't at the bottom. My country simply ignores countries like Mexico, Peru, Argentina, etc. We will travel as far inland as Venezuela, Guatemala, Cuba, *(these are black friendly places with historical balck populations) etc but you won't find Carribeans beyond this point and they can't live in the aforementioned places either (read: travel) unless they have money. Culture is totally different.
Better to just stay away from them.
