I don't speak for BLM, I personally don't even vote anymore or look to politicians for anything. I'm just saying, what has black voting loyalty to Democrats for the past 50 years done for the black community since apparently to these same Democrats black people are just idiots who hoot and holler but never organize?

You keep missing my point. Instead of aimless babble why not put forth a focused agenda to push, then find districts you control and put your own candidates in those seats in congress then people have to listen to you. Completely removing yourself from the process accomplishes nothing just as complaining without a list of demands does nothing.

If you are crying about something and someone asks you what do you want in order to stop crying, you damn well better have an answer or you will get nothing and go back to crying by yourself.

Contrary to popular belief politicians above all else want to get elected, their goal is not simply to help you. So what you have to do is show them than unless you get A,B and C you are going ot make it very difficult for them to keep a job. Thats how you get shyt you want. Thats the only way you get what you want. But if you dont even know what A.B,and C are they have no reason to listen to you!

I never said all whites are "in" on it but enough are in on and all whites benefit from it which makes them complicit. Ignorance isn't an excuse. Of course there are blacks who work to perpetuate the system. That doesn't change the fact that whites control it and are responsible for it.

race plays little part in the perpetuation, yes i believe that. i believe anyone, regardless of race, can endorse, encourage and maintain the prison industrial complex. i never used ignorance as an excuse. actually if you look closer at my point, you'd see that i'm saying people (white/black/etc) either don't know much about the PIC and they also don't know how to solve the problems they create, some of them are even unaware of the problems people face within that structure and post PIC problems too. most of the people coming out of the PIC run the high risk of returning simply because of biased laws created against groups of certain socio-economic backgrounds that stack them against greater odds...

No I'm not missing any point. Black people have doing that shyt for decades with nothing to show for it from the Democratic party. BLM will suffer the same fate as Occupy Wall Street. It is a movement with good intentions and noble goals, but a movement with no central leadership or leading figure.

Only way a Federal Law can affect state laws is through an act of congress or through the Supreme Court...so they would have to add an Amendment to the Constitution or rule an existing state law is Unconstitutional.

I don't see that happening for body cams.
