I like that, and you end it with just going around and asking who people think are going to win. Re-brand it "Sunday Night Podcast" to lead into and tie into Sunday Night football. You can also have different versions during the week that are shorter and without VVD. Sunday could be the feature.


i was talking about before the 1pm EST games... but we could also try that little space after the 4pm games but before the sunday night game. im down for either :manny:

i was also thinking of trying to organize a metaphysical podcast with some of the other alchemists in the forum, but we gotta recruit some participants for that (ironfist, esposito, sunzoo where you at?!) ... plus i dont really know who else gets down with the metaphysics :yeshrug:

i also want to hear from some of my bredren in the conspiracy thread, get a different kinda convo going :shaq:

side note, a little advice: a morning series of light 15-min workouts throughout the week, is more beneficial than one or two hard workouts per week.

some morning breathing/stretching/light calisthenics with a glass of clean water is all we need at this point breh, unless you training for a particular physical goal (training for a marathon, tryna bulk up, tryna lose weight, etc)

I might not be able to make it guys.. 9p Sun seems to cut close to eid morning in my timezone.. I think I can do it cause it's early in the morning though
