Just threw this in my amazon cart. Good looking breh.
Grant is an adviser for some of the worlds most greatest companies, including Amazon & Google. Long story short, Grant has an intuitive mind when it comes to developing original ideas/content. A major portion of this book focuses on corporate environments. How to prevent a groupthinking cultures, which stimulates little to no growth, versus an environment where feedback is not only necessary, but crucial for a companies integrity/longevity.
Of course, some of these business environment examples could be used in everyday life by ordinary people. Personally, my favorite portions were when he tackles character development for both adults & children. How leaders had different workflows and managed to maintain emotional control (from unknown scientist who went against the grain - to Martin Luther King Jr literally still penning his I Have A Dream speech as he walked to the podium that day in Washington) through their most intense/incredible moments. He completely debunks common myths people have regarding entrepreneurs and whatnot. Super dope read brehs. Highly freaking recommend.
I haven't read a freaking novel in so long. I'm usually on shyt like the above. Been hard for me to enjoy a novel lately.
Don't remember why or how I stumbled upon this book. Just started it yesterday, only at like page 50, but damn its already great brehs.
Johnson found a way to make it seem like you yourself have experienced the super dark/isolated life Jun Do has faced in North Korea as an "orphan" & later turned tunnel soldier.
