Yeah, I aint never been in a book club before. We can pick a book read it and then make a thread about it at the end of the week discussing it...Im kinda excited.

I got mad ebooks I can share with the community that I got from the Assata Shakur forums years go.

I used to post on Assata, also. My only problem was the number of subsections. I thought it had too many, which made it difficult to navigate.

Give me an hour or so and I will go through and remove duplicates of the books and upload em to the group in a large .zip file so everybody can have copies.

I'll also write out the names of each .pdf to make one large list. The brehs can skim through, check amazon for reviews, and decide which ones they want to jump on first.

Anybody not upholding certain values should be denied membership IMO. Its not a cult , but we cant have half-serious brothas impeding our progress. And Knowledge of Self is for the black community exclusively.

I agree.

This group is intended for those w/ afrikan lineage. This is not a bash whitey group, but an example of blacks "doing for self". Too often blacks have looked outside their own communities to accomplish goals.

Lets break that cycle.
