I've only been reading the official Sunday chapter releases, but something told me to look at this weeks spoilers.

This dude Hisoka thinking he is "normal" for not being interested in fighting Chimera ants, basically equaling it to bestiality

Na Hisoko would've beat each of them in a 1v1. The royal guards were too inexperienced to fight somebody like Hisoko.

Royal guards didn't need any experience to beat hisoka breh, they were born too strong. Netero slapped Pitou away and it basically did no damage. Hisoka would have been food if he entered the palace

He wasn't trying to damage Pitou tho.
Kite was weak. Thats why Pitou made quick work of him.
The royal guards didnt have great nen abilities for fighting and they were inexperienced.

Kite wasn't weak, he beat dozens of chimera ants and by the looks of the terrain and what Pitou said, he also gave a pretty good fight against her. Pitou even tried to revive Kite because she wanted to fight him again.

The Royal Guards are already born strong, their abilities is secondary to their raw power. Pitou was literally born a few days before her fight against Kite, an experienced nen user At most Hisoka could stalemate one of them like Gon and the others did at the palace.

Netero wasn't trying to kill Pitou but that slap he gave her would have obliterated Hisoka breh Gon had to sacrifice his whole potential and future to be able to kill Pitou, Hisoka wouldn't have done shyt with his Bungee Gum

It's pretty wild how much more compelling the story is when it focuses on the Troupe/Mafia/Hisoka than Kurapika dealing with the succession war bullshyt Pika has way too much shyt to deal with

I don't hate the succession war story but the fact that we don't really know 90% of these characters coupled with the amount of dialogues and internal monologues of every damn side character in each succession war chapter makes the story kind of a chore to follow at times The phantom troupe/Hisoka chapters are a breath of fresh air after the third prince's coins shyt .

Togashi just tweeted he'll be posting less regularly during November because he's going through some stuff, apparently the death of another mangaka hit him hard. Doesn't seem it's because of his back though.

Binge read the last 3 chapters and of course it went back to a hiatus after the 10th chapter of this new batch

Togashi had surgery but has continued working. He's gotten more work done than the last time the series took a time off but who knows. Best case scenario we get a new 10 chapter batch near the end of 2025

At least he's got the manuscripts up to chapter 431-439 at minimum
