The Sopranos: Butchie from the New York family was the biggest advocate against New Jersey and kept egging on Phil to kill Tony or someone else from the crew even when he refused because he felt whacking a boss was wrong. Then when Phil finally decided to go to war, Butchie agreed and was the main coordinator for the attacks against NJ.
