Watched Tokyo drift. Han out here a millionaire putting his life on the line stealing crumbs from the yakuza for no reason? :gucci:

Die Hard 2. Why didnt the planes stuck in the air divert to other airports? They were in a holding pattern over Dulles Airport. Those planes could've went to BWI, DCA, Richmond or Philly airports to land.

Its revelations like these that make me love this thread!.... :wow:

The try to explain it away in the movie by saying National and BWI were closed and they diverted their traffic to them, but after an hour or so of not hearing from the tower you would think the pilots would try to figure something else out. They were getting the local news on Holly's plane. They couldn't holler at some other airport and find out what the f*ck was going on?:gucci:

I remember this old episode of The Proud Family that had Al Roker doing a guest voice with the most random premise ever:

"Hey, guys. Guess who's opening up a nightclub for teens? Al Roker! :krs:"

"What? Not Al Roker?! :ohhh:"

"Al Roker?! That's so dope! :gladbron:"

Even as a kid I was like, :dahell:. Why is Al Roker of all people starting a teen nightclub? And why the fukk were they so hype about it? :why:

Do kids even fukk with the Today Show like that? How they even know who Al Roker is? :gucci:

I’m a huge Marvel Stan. I collected comics heavy in the late 80’s and all of the 90’s.

The movies have me

But one thing that bothers me with the movies is that everyone speaks English. They all understand each other perfectly. If there is a reason for that they should state it

So basically everybody but Groot speaks the same language. And Thor knows how to speak Groot because he took the language as a elective back in Asgard.

Dudes in Star Wars have British accents. And some have American accents. How sway?

Apparently in GOTG they showed briefly on screen that Starlord has a universal translator installed. Carol also mentioned having one in Captain Marvel.
