Help with cheat days

These are my 4 snacks. I'll have one of these like every 2 hours in between meals during the day.

Mixed nuts= Almonds, Walnuts, Peanuts, Cashews, Pistachios

Greek Yogurt= Oikos Vanilla or Strawberry

Romaine or Spinach Salad= Fat free low cal dressing

And for dessert I'll have a flavored Rice Cake.

if i do a cheat DAY, it's Saturday. i usually do two workouts, circuit training followed by either kickboxing or spin class...burn 800-1100 cals, by the time i get home, showered and back out it's at least 1, here's only so much food you can eat from like 1-9pm, and with 800-1100 cals in the bank, i dont care if i blow (pause) the day


but i prefer to just do a cheat MEAL tho, and that's usually sundays, either brunch or an early dinner

real rap how do i stop drinking soda?

ive went two months then backslided the other day

is it the sugar or the fizz you like? if the sugar, i don't really recommend fake sweeteners, but for those who really have soda addictions, try adding things like mio or crystal light to water, if the fizz, just hit up sparkling water, there are hella flavors these days...but soda is pure garbage man, just don't buy it :yeshrug:

this is basically what I eat to get me through.
Add a PB&J sandwich and Quest bar in there.

IMO you really dont need to cheat that much...
...most of your favorite foods can be made somewhat healthy...
...they might not taste exactly the same, but they'll scratch the itch you have.

For example...I have a serious sweet tooth, so last week I made a protein cheescake.
Of course it didnt taste like real cheesecake...but w/ some grahm crackers, low calorie ice cream, and cherries...I straight up felt like a fat fukk after eating that shyt.

It also comes down to how bad you want it (aesthetics).
When I was in a relationship, I cheated a few times a week because it just wasnt that serious to me....
....but now that im single, I havent had a cheat meal in like 6 or 7 weeks.

Yesterday I had pancakes for the first time in at least 8 months....shyt was :blessed: cheat meal for the week and they was still under 700 calories :obama:

I don't have cheat days, I just count calories and eat smaller portions of junk food and snacks and I still managed to lose weight.


However I rarely consume liquid calories and when I do its usually Orange Juice or some other fruit juice, I never drink regular soda. I only drink diet soda at fast food spots cause that's the the only 0 calorie drink they have. I mostly drink tap water and sparkling water.


Also cause of my mental health its hard to give up snacks, after a stressful day, just like some ppl need alcohol, a cig or weed, etc, I need my snacks :mjcry: Eating good food is one of the things I enjoy I life and so far I have made it work alongside my gym life. I live in NY so there's so many restaurants I wanna try, but I try to spread it out to 2 new restaurants a month AT MOST. I read some foodie blog where some dude tried a new restaurant every day and he gained a pound every day :mjlol:

c/s the bolded. It's usually Saturday that I'll do a cheat meal. By the time I'm done soccer, showered and done chores, it's like 2-3. Usually 1 meal will have me done for the rest of the day.
