These are my 4 snacks. I'll have one of these like every 2 hours in between meals during the day.
Mixed nuts= Almonds, Walnuts, Peanuts, Cashews, Pistachios
Greek Yogurt= Oikos Vanilla or Strawberry
Romaine or Spinach Salad= Fat free low cal dressing
And for dessert I'll have a flavored Rice Cake.
this is basically what I eat to get me through.
Add a PB&J sandwich and Quest bar in there.
IMO you really dont need to cheat that much...
...most of your favorite foods can be made somewhat healthy...
...they might not taste exactly the same, but they'll scratch the itch you have.
For example...I have a serious sweet tooth, so last week I made a protein cheescake.
Of course it didnt taste like real cheesecake...but w/ some grahm crackers, low calorie ice cream, and cherries...I straight up felt like a fat fukk after eating that shyt.
It also comes down to how bad you want it (aesthetics).
When I was in a relationship, I cheated a few times a week because it just wasnt that serious to me....
....but now that im single, I havent had a cheat meal in like 6 or 7 weeks.
