Help with cheat days

I just have a cheat meal. A cheat day would erase too much hard work or I'd have to go extra hard to burn it off which simply isn't worth it. One cheat meal a week should suffice.
Cheat weekends.

I eat whatever and track it at maintenance or less.

During the weak I try to eat clean and watch macros.
What do yall dat aw far as snacks

I do cheat weekends...

I eat clean as shyt during the week then come Saturday Sunday I go all out.


but I do a lot of cardio during the week, so by Saturday comes I'm thin as hell

works for me :yeshrug:

I have a cheat day every 5th day. I eat whatever I want. Mostly carbs. It’s not for everybody but I can’t do 50 grams or less carbs for more than 4 days without a hit to performance.

These are my 4 snacks. I'll have one of these like every 2 hours in between meals during the day.

Mixed nuts= Almonds, Walnuts, Peanuts, Cashews, Pistachios

Greek Yogurt= Oikos Vanilla or Strawberry

Romaine or Spinach Salad= Fat free low cal dressing

And for dessert I'll have a flavored Rice Cake.

Why do you want a cheat meal/day?
Do you have certain cravings you are finding hard to kick?
Because there's likely a healthy alternative to whatever you're craving that would satisfy you.
I don't have any major cravings but on the small occasion where I may want something sweet I'll have a 2 or 3 teaspoons of whipped cream. :yeshrug:

My cheat days are on my days off from work. And honestly, i dont think i even go over my maintenance intake. My body has gotten used to eating twice a day with a snack or two in between. I dont even 100% cheat on my cheat days. I just dont track macros but still eat relatively clean. I honestly give 2 fukks about junk food at this point :manny:

The last time I did a "cheat weekend", I felt like pre-prison Gucci Mane. Never again!
