Help me lose weight for prom

Just eat like 75 grams of carbs a day. Do hiit 3 times a week (google it). And do calisthenics three times a week or go to the gym. Do that for like 2 months then ramp it up from there. You can be cut by springtime if you push yourself.

That's the motivation I needed :blessed:

It's in May so I have time & I'm 210 right now. I just want to lose enough to fit into 32-34 pants again & lose this man breast :sadcam:
Ok you have time. my best suggestion is to stop drinking soda, juice, and keep it at just water. Maybe let yourself have one sugary drink a day but that's it. Make a thread in The Gym sub forum or move this one there they'll be able to layout a whole plan

50 burpees a day starting off and walk/jog as much as possible. Try and do like 5 burpees if you have a 10min break in your day and do it throughout the day. As you get better, increase the amount of burpees you can complete in X amount of time.

And walk, try and do 3 miles a day but don't do the casual, at the mall browsing walking. Get some pep in your step and if you fell yourself getting tired then you're doing it right. Get your heart racing to help burn fat and trim down.

I only drink water with a squeeze of lemon juice or sometimes organic lemonade. And as far as eating, I can do that easily. Any specific work outs?
it doesn't depend on the workout. just make sure you burn more than you eat. cut sugar completely from your diet, only drink water and reduce your intake of carbs.

but if she already asked you to go to the prom with her, what makes you think you need to loose weight for her to feel you?

This girl wants me to go to prom with her and I need to lose weight before it comes :francis:. This would be the best night I never had so I need it to be all I ever wanted. Any tips or anything to drop the weight? :mjcry:

Cut out carbs fruit juices and soda, replace with diet ice tea and water

Eat raw broccoli or celery with every meal...even a beef patty

No snacking...replace with peanuts or raisins
That's pretty damn good. :salute: Snacking should be for crasins tho. I did something similar when I lost like 30-40 lbs. but instead of cutting all carbs I just exceesized a lot. But that was when I was unemployed, so now it's a bit harder to work out like that.
