Just eat like 75 grams of carbs a day. Do hiit 3 times a week (google it). And do calisthenics three times a week or go to the gym. Do that for like 2 months then ramp it up from there. You can be cut by springtime if you push yourself.
Ok you have time. my best suggestion is to stop drinking soda, juice, and keep it at just water. Maybe let yourself have one sugary drink a day but that's it. Make a thread in The Gym sub forum or move this one there they'll be able to layout a whole planIt's in May so I have time & I'm 210 right now. it doesn't depend on the workout. just make sure you burn more than you eat. cut sugar completely from your diet, only drink water and reduce your intake of carbs.I only drink water with a squeeze of lemon juice or sometimes organic lemonade. That's pretty damn good. Snacking should be for crasins tho. I did something similar when I lost like 30-40 lbs. but instead of cutting all carbs I just exceesized a lot. But that was when I was unemployed, so now it's a bit harder to work out like that.Cut out carbs fruit juices and soda, replace with diet ice tea and water
