Help me lose weight for prom

This girl wants me to go to prom with her and I need to lose weight before it comes :francis:. This would be the best night I never had so I need it to be all I ever wanted. Any tips or anything to drop the weight? :mjcry:


1. start doing some simple cardio
2. see if you can get time in your HS gym
3. start drinking only water
4. ask your family to give you less carbs in general
5. cut out all sweets and sugars

if you get gym time, have them teach you how to work out...join a sport, in the long run itll be the best choice you ever made

That's pretty damn good. :salute: Snacking should be for crasins tho. I did something similar when I lost like 30-40 lbs. but instead of cutting all carbs I just exceesized a lot. But that was when I was unemployed, so now it's a bit harder to work out like that.

No meat, only veggies and fruit. Buy some kelp, bladderwrack and Iris sea moss...take a teaspoon of each add it to hot water. Add some honey or agave syrup because the taste is brutal. Do it daily.

Do this

Up your veggie intake to 4 cups a day, only eat lean protein, but out all soda, milk and juice.No more processed/manufactured foods.

COUNT YOUR CALORIES.

Alternate sprinting/jogging for 45 mins- an hour 5 to 6 times a week.

Burn more calories than you consume on a daily basis. It's just that simple. Stick to fruits and vegetables and boneless skinless chicken turkey and fish . preferably broiled. Take a muti vitamin.
I recommend you to run or walk five miles a day, thats roughly equivalent to an hour on the treadmill. Download nike plus to help you keep track of your runs. good luck

You could just do it the traditional way and just do push ups and sit ups and convert what ever fat you have to muscle , set up how many sets and reps your going to do you can even look up on youtube for some ideas, but decide which day you're going to do either one don't do them both everyday because you need time for your muscles to replenish .

sprints and jump rope. cut out dairy, bread and pasta, no fast food. lots of water and high protein with lots of vegetables
