Telling someone not to eat fruit because of carbs and sugar shows you have a skewed and uninformed understanding of how nutrition works.

You can’t find one study or paint a picture of how that premise makes sense.

My points are based on human nature, people will over eat on things they deem healthy. If they didn’t and ate things in moderation they wouldn’t be overweight and have to seek out weight lose advice. I’m insulting you because I want to and you seem like a pompous dikk, do something about it .

If someone already has a issue with over eating like bruh who said he’s 5’8, 245 lbs and he’s truly tying to loose weight and I assume fast, the hard truth is there are a lot of things he has to give up. It sounds good in theory to say everything in moderation,but for most people this isn’t something they will stick to long enough to see positive changes. To many of us live to eat and not eat to live. Someone trying to get right needs to give up all of that shyt, at least until they reach their goals and understand proper nutrition and how to moderately eats treats like fruit, bread and pastas.

Hold up a minute, a few pages ago you were touting your B.Sc in Biology to be your credentials on why you "know" what you are talking about.....of course not even addressing the simple fact that a B. Sc in Biology and a B.
