The only correct answer is Keto.
Its a huge shift in eating habits but it works exceedingly well and the total absence of carbs/sugars does wonders for your internal organs with a ridiculously accelerated amount of fat loss that drops and stays off.
Once you're fully adapted then your hunger is immensely reduced and you have very even energy levels all day with no highs and lows. Combine it with an Intermittent Fasting protocol like 16:8 and it will fly even more. Add in long walks with ankle/wrist weights and that much more. Include swimming and... you get the point.
Me thinks this isn’t really science:
- The “energy” use to break down food is pretty minimal in the grand scheme. You don’t not eat a food group just to mitigate that.
- Stored energy is generally either fat, ATP or glycogen. Neither of that is being depleted by digestion to point that you skip a food group to preserve it.
So are you saying my points aren’t correct? It's real science. I have a B.S. Biology
So are you saying my points aren’t correct?
I didn’t say they didn’t…………Yeah
You do lose energy through digestion and breaking down proteins utilizes more energy than breaking down any other molecule.
Bad advice. If you’re really trying to loose weight and at a pretty rapid pace, you should avoid most fruits as they are high in carbs and sugar and easy to over indulge. You should be trying to get into ketosis or damn close and the weight will melt off, especially the very dangerous visceral fat.You should incorporate fruit into your diet.
If you like to eat fruit one way you can use a good ammount of weight is eating fruit. You should start out with a fruit fast to detox your body. For 1 week just eat fruit and drink a lot of water and exercise and you will notice a change and you will lose weight, you can continue to lose more weight and you can lose 20 lbs in 1 month.
Nobody ever got fat overindulging on fruit.Bad advice. Come on guise
@NOSKI_DA_DON Is that how you wanna look?^ Them folks still looking hella to me, especially the dude.
If not, maybe bushing carbs (i.e. an entire type of macronutrient) ain't the answer.
That’s based of them overeating in general not fruit. You can insert many type of foods into that sentence and it would be the same outcome. You are demonizing carbs and fruit when the core problem is overconsumption.
Folks who don’t really understand nutrition most definitely can and do. People underestimate fruit and starchy vegetables all the time, even if they are eliminating other more fattening foods. Some people aren’t mindful of the calories and sugar and will eat tons thinking it’s fruit so it won’t cause any issues.
If someone already has a issue with over eating like bruh who said he’s 5’8, 245 lbs and he’s truly tying to loose weight and I assume fast, the hard truth is there are a lot of things he has to give up. It sounds good in theory to say everything in moderation, but for most people this isn’t something they will stick to long enough to see positive changes. To many of us live to eat and not eat to live. Someone trying to get right needs to give up all of that shyt, at least until they reach their goals and understand proper nutrition and how to moderately eats treats like fruit, bread and pastas. That’s based of them overeating in general not fruit.
