Your insolence and disrespect towards the #POWDA notwithstanding, I put you in that category of coli fighter brehs. I don't know how your training translates to shyt outside of the ring/cage.

What are your fitness feats OG?
:lupe:

Dude wants general gym/fitness advice, I'm deferring to that list. A more in-shape OP wanna become a boxer or has to train for the Cell Games, you got next.
:yeshrug:

SN: The #Powda! Is clinically proven to increase skrenf, endurance, fatigue resistance, vasodilation, and focus, so I'm not sure how you gonna argue with science (biochem) and say it's trash.

Won't this effect my weight lifting

No. I never experienced any negative effect from the fruit fast. Each individual is different, but I actually felt more energized and did not lose any muscle mass or strength.

Fruit are natural energy, easy to digest and is also a laxative.

Your body is not goint to spend a lot of energy breaking down fruits, when compared to the energy your body utilizes breaking down meat.

That extra energy is saved and is stored and your will notice that extra storage of energy when you workout.

Me thinks this isn’t really science:

  1. The “energy” use to break down food is pretty minimal in the grand scheme. You don’t not eat a food group just to mitigate that.
  2. Stored energy is generally either fat, ATP or glycogen. Neither of that is being depleted by digestion to point that you skip a food group to preserve it.

I know, hence the sarcasm, and the answer is yes. :stopitslime:

Fructose might give you a temporary energy surge but is a simple sugar and will prolly have you slumped in the gym if all you're eating is fruit.

Moreover, how you gonna build muscle (a process that requires protein and energy in the form of calories) when you're on a high-protein diet? Cause fruit is high in protein right? (Again, that's sarcasm.) :comeon:
