You didn't post any stats (height, weight, age, training program/protocols, supplements, natty/enhanced, how much you're tryna gain, your BMR, nothing).
Question is impossible to answer in truth without that.
Fast metabolism gang can put in muscle eating take-out/fast food everyday. Is that the healthiest thing? No, but you didn't ask about health.
Slow metabolism gang will have to eat cleaner or spend more time cutting the extra fat on the back end of the bulk.
Honestly, as long as you're hitting your protein macro and eating a surplus of calories or at maintenance (anabolism requires extra calories), none of that other shyt really matters.

Can I still eat lean meat?
Start Intermittent fasting,stop eating red meat and only drink water. In 30 days you can lose 30+ lbs healthy
I’d say stick to chicken/fish/turkey, your body digests it quicker. Meat(pork/beef) can stay in your system for a couple days while the former can be like 8-10 hoursCan I still eat lean meat?
How long should I fast?

Do I fast an entire 30 days or twice a week?I’d say stick to chicken/fish/turkey, your body digests it quicker. Meat(pork/chicken) can stay in your system for a couple days while the former can be like 8-10 hours
With IF you don’t eat all day but you have a 4-6 hour window to eat whatever. If you combine it with actual working out you’ll notice the difference within a couple weeks

About to prove u wrong,give me a minute, pics coming soonDamn. Well at least you know where you are (sorta).
You still need to figure out your BMR (basal metabolic rate) so you can know what macros you need to be hitting (calories, grams of fats/carbs/protein).
If you don't know what your numbers are, especially as a large body, it's gonna be a constant guessing game as to whether or not you're overshooting/undershooting any of those four categories.
You can't do like us fast burners and eat whatever on a "dreamer bulk".
Also, I would be very careful about taking advice from random coli dudes. Like most of America, most of these motherfukkers are their damn selves, they just pretend they're not.
If a motherfukker on this site hasn't posted and pics, certs, or lifting/workout receipts, I'd KIM.
"Verified" posters that actually put in work and you can take advice from include:
@Son Goku
@BenchPressPapi
@The ADD
@You know damn well
@HARLEM AL
and the gym gawd
@Luck

Most folks are just as lost as you are when it comes to this shyt. Sure, air frying is 'healthier' than other forms of frying but you don't need to bush red meat or do IF to lose weight and/or build muscle.
Your best bet would be to find/make a male brolic or ripped or jacked (or whatever your goal is) friend and have them take you under their wing (see: lat).
Most personal trainers and coaches outside of specialty gyms or clinics are trash and not worth the money; a gym bro buddy would have more cost-effective and produce better results, assuming you follow through.
^If you're incapable or unwilling to do that, you'll prolly have to learn via trial-and-error.
I'll wrap this up since the majority of these threads never get seen all the way through, just like the majority of folks that sign up at the beginning of the year end up quitting after a few months.
Good luck.
