You never seen Jerry talk about a player like he did Witten in those two clips above. Deep down that's the person and image he wants at the top. One of his own "kids".

I don't think he'll be the coach now, but Jason Witten will be the HC here one day. Probably after the next guy.

I bet Jerry wanted to sign Fat Mike to a 1-2 year contract as a stopgap until Witten is ready.
Then Mike was probably like "fukk that, I want at least 4" then bailed.

It should concern everyone that they were willing to bring back a head coach that they weren't fully invested in.

Hurts has more playoff wins than Dak in 4 less seasons.
Daniels has half as many playoff wins as Dak and he's a rookie.

I watched him lose every game down the stretch last year when he wasn't throwing to all pros and getting blocking from all pros

He legit can't even throw for 3000 yards but he got carried for a year by his defense so now he good or something?
