Well it smells like they're clearing the deck for Kellen Moore.
They need a new QB but I don't trust the Jones to get it right. They lucked into a decent QB in Rd 4 (Dak) and a decent QB via UDFA in Romo. They haven't picked a QB in Round 1 since Troy.
Since they're married to Dak/CeeDee/probably Micah...they're gonna need a HC that can work around it. KM seems cool with Dak and he's not gonna upstage Jerry....so I'd bet that's who he hires. He probably won't even try to get Ben Johnson.
Means a new offense for Dak to learn
