I go early in the morning before or right as the sun comes up and it hasn't been that bad

one of the few benefits, besides bytches wearing next to nothing of course, I was outside during the first heatwave wearing fleece shorts and a sweatshirt on some Martin Lawrence shyt during my run and I felt like 10lbs lighter when I got back in the house.
