Oh okay. Us Optimum customers get Max for free if we have HBO
Its like $14 extra on my bill.
I didn't even consider all the confusion about which cable providers would offer HBO max as part of the HBO sub and how many providers wouldn't.
This whole thing is probably the biggest streaming clusterfukk ever.
The decision should have been made to phase out HBO Now and anyone who had Now would automatically be a Max subscriber since they have the same pricepoint.
Keeping Now around once Max launched was idiotic and just added to an already confusing situation.

I know its confusing but this isnt true. GO and NOW users have access to MAX. I have Directv and have access to MAX via authentication.

So you are saying they added MAX to your bill or you chose to add it yourself? you were already previous subscriber to GO? their HBO authentication doesnt work for MAX

ok, question, did you try to authenticate MAX using your Spectrum account? if you didnt, they you added it for no reason. if you did and it didnt work then thats some fukked up shyt. below is what it says on my account billing.
