Netflix, piff, and weekly, don't belong nowhere near each otherI take it Disney+ and HBO Max were not prepared for the shutdowns because it seems to have completely stalled any original content they were working on.
Meanwhile, Netflix is releasing new piff weekly...
But people said these other services were "Netflix killers"

I had a chance to pay for Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon and decided against it
Ppl keep forgetting that Netflix and Hulu have several price points

Do yall watch shows that you already can see on GO/Now? I found myself binging How To Make In America again despite already having.

HBO stayed HBO after the launch of HBO Max.
HBO Max is different from HBO.
HBO is the service you get through your cable or satellite provider.
HBO Max is a streaming service like Netflix.
HBO Now was the option for cord cutters to stream regular HBO.
HBO GO was the streaming version you got for free with your HBO subscription through a cable/satellite provider.
HBO Now, if you already had it, automatically switched to HBO Max if you ordered HBO Max during the pre-launch and weren't using Amazon Firestick/TV or Roku to stream.
HBO Now is now just HBO.
And the only people who didn't recognize how confusing all that shyt was going to end up being for people were the rocket scientists at HBO/Warner.

Still confused. Who would still have HBO Now to change to just HBO if HBO Now automatically switched to HBO Max previously?

They are getting rid of HBO Go. But they still want subscribers to the HBO channel to be able to watch stuff online, so they are converting HBO Now into that streaming option and getting rid of the "Now" part. So it'll essentially be online HBO, and carry the same name.
At least that's what I'm getting from the tweet
