If no one else is gonna say it I guess I will
Don't fukk up, breh. I'm also 21, and I can't even imagine having a kid in the next few years. I'm about to graduate from a decent school with a decent degree and start law school in the fall so I'll be making decent money by the time I'm 24/25. I'll be financially ready to support a family in the next four/five years but I'm not going to have one for ATLEAST fifteen. Whats the point of your own personal struggle to success if you can't enjoy it by your lonesome for a bit?
Thats real talk. Like I said I had my first one at 19, it took me a couple of years but I eventually got back in college and got my degree and now I make good money (not quite the coli 6 figure standard but Im far from broke) but the road here was definitely tougher having children in the mix. We struggled for a while but it all really made me appreciate what I have now.
My advice is DO NOT HAVE KIDS UNTIL YOU ARE FINANCIALLY STABLE regardless of age but if you do slip up it is not the end of the world it just mean you gonna have to hustle a bit harder to get to where you wanna be but it is possible.
