Depth ain't the problem. Yal offense is gimped - and the shooting has completely masked that

playing Green isn't gonna suddenly get Whiteside more touches.
Playing more McRoberts may help, since he's one of our best non-guard playmakers. And he can shoot from the outside. He's good at finding Whiteside down low, and can take his opponent off the dribble. That's depth.

Regardless of Miami's shooting percentage, Miami's been putting up 100+ for most of 2016. There's a difference between getting hot, and just finding good shots and moving the ball. Maybe we cool down from three, but improve from inside the arc. Miami shot bad from within the arc tonight also. Defensively Miami struggled tonight also. Miami's been one of the best offensive teams in the league since Feb. The only repeat I see for Miami in Game 4, is our turnovers. We've been a horrible turnover team all season, and I can easily see us coughing the ball up a whole bunch in Game 4, which will give Charlotte easy transition 3's. But then again, Miam's a pretty good 3-point shooting defense. At some point, folks gotta stop calling Miami's positives an anomaly, when MUCH of what Miami has done thus far, they've been doing for the better half of the 2nd half of the season. Miami knows how to score bunches. We cooled down tonight, and I don't expect a 3-point shooting clinic like we had in game 1, but Deng at the 4 has given teams problems(including Charlotte) all year. Deng with 15-20pts is every bit as realistic as Kaminsky coming to life and giving Hassan problems again.
Kaminsky is spacing. Al is a ploy to get Whiteside cheap fouls. Our buckets would come from somewhere else just as efficiently, and they did all year long.

Yal shooting a historic percentage is a fukking anomaly breh. Like.... shooting 50+ % on contested shots? No. 70% shooting against a good defensive team? Its just not happening over a whole series. Yal might win but it ain't gonna be because yal just closed your eyes and hit everything. 100 points per game is only impressive for Miami because they couldn't crack 90 most nights prior to the all-star break. Even now yal were putting up 5 point quarters a week before the playoffs started. Even then, your offense only been above average for half a season.

So again, that shooting is a fukking anomaly and I hope people ain't betting real money on it. Even Wade admitted that shyt.

If it was depth they'd already be playing :heh:

what you're describing is gambles - i can do that shyt too. "Troy Daniels is good for a hot 15:duck:" "Wait til we unleash Jeremy Lamb :duck:" "We could use Hansborough to frustrate Hassan earlier :duck:"

If Green, McBob, UD, or whoever were reliable - they'd already be out there. Especially in these blowout games. It ain't like there's no time to experiment.

Take the unrealistic shyt out the equation and what's the first to go? Deng being a factor in this series at all.

Again, our shooting percentage may be an anomaly, but our offensive production and point output hasn't been an anomaly. We've been putting up 105+ nightly. Regardless of how we've been playing in the 1st half, what we've been doing offensively in the 2nd half has been amazing regardless. I'm talking 105-115pts weekly. And many of the shots we've made have been open 3's from good ball movement. Deng's been hitting corner 3's all of the 2nd half of the season. That's actually a quality shot for Deng. You say Kaminsky is spacing, than what the hell do you think Deng is at the 4? It's not a coincidence he's been one of our most consistent offensive players since Bosh got injured and we moved Deng to the 4. We've been generating points all of the 2nd half with Deng at the 4 and Amere/Hassan at the 5. Deng is a solid scorer/shooter at the 4, period.

Just cause Winslow hit a few 3's at home don't mean you can have hit camp out in the corner
Whiteside just setting screens all game and hardly got the ball and when he did magically he was getting foul and hitting his free throws.

Whiteside with only 6 shot attempt but he got to the line 11 times
Winslow 0-4 from 3 & Richardson 0-3 both looked like rookies tonight & both had the worst +/-
Winslow -26 & Richardson -22

Wade was just coming down forcing up shots not running any offense complaining about not getting calls and leaving his team having to play 4 on 5. Spo has got to call his ass out for those type of mistake

Wade is the captain and the team follows his lead and the tone was if we lose it doesnt matter long as we win the next game. They didn't come to play i don't want to hear my leader saying that. .

16 points in the second and only 14 in the third no adjustment from Spo whatsoever

I'm just disappointed with the loss if they played a hard fought game and loss i can say ok Charlotte won i feel like when they got down they just said fukk it we will see them next game and didn't play with max energy and effort
:what: Wade was trying to feed Whiteside. If it wasn't for Wade I don't know how many times he would have gotten the ball relying on Dragic. The Hornets had good defense and Whiteside had butter fingers a few times and couldn't keep his hands on the ball. The early foul trouble seemed to get him. But like you said he went to the line 11 times so that tells you the Hornets were keying in on him.

The rookies played bad. And Joe Johnson had 7 points in 36 minutes. Outside of Deng and then Wade no one could make a fukking shot.
