Has there ever been an RPG based on old African or Native American themes?

PS2 rpg. You don't have to but I would recommend it. The first 3 of the series are good games.
DO NOT play Suikoden IV.

You should play IV the problem is that is doesn't get good until the 2nd half of the game. At that point it actually opens up and ends up excellent.

As already stated, a black studio would have to make this or black countries would have to become such large consumers of video games for a japanese or western studio to view it as a viable market to make money.

The reason why japanese developers would be quick to make a "westernized" game compared to say an african, native american, or middle eastern game is simply because the west is the largest market for video games so they gear their products to them.

Very few countries compare that its not even worth the investment. Is gaming big in africa for example?
