Obviously there are exceptions to the rules, but you will make your career much easier to progress in big companies by keeping it short. And Kevin Samuels give compelling arguments in the video.

I rocked braids as a kid in the early 90’s and a fro in various styles and of course a waves. Been rocking locs for 3 years now and I prefer locs. It’s less maintenance. I get retwist every 6 months and shape up my own shyt
