It's all good bro... I ain't calling nikkaz gay cause they rockin longer hair.

I'm just saying that it's going along with everything else in society. How dudes talk, their mannerisms. Their mentality....

Jimmy Butler made the nappy/curly-fro/fade popular around 2013/14. Dudes like Wiz Khalifa was already experimenting with the grown out, unkept look before that though.

Nobody made shyt popular these hairstyles been around since ancient times :laff:

I rocked braids as a kid in the early 90’s and a fro in various styles and of course a waves. Been rocking locs for 3 years now and I prefer locs. It’s less maintenance. I get retwist every 6 months and shape up my own shyt

You just wanna be loud and wrong. Nobody was rocking a nappy fro with a fade using a curl sponge in the 90’s. Dudes were rocking low cuts, braids, and locs. That neglected look was made popular by Jimmy Butler.

Im one of them. I had started growing mine out in 2019 getting the sponge curls and whatnot. Then when covid hit, i decided i wasn't going to cut my hair until we were back in the office. That became twists and now that we're heading back to the office, i'm pretty firm in my decision to keep growing my hair until i get tired of it.
I'm 37 and work in Sales, so my industry is very white, very conservative, but also very scared to say anything overly offensive

Been growing my hair since October. Been rocking the curly/nappy look but I wanna transition into some dreads.
