Has anyone had a better career of their dreams as Kevin Steen?

I agree with this mainly because it’s similar to Jay-Z

He once acknowledged he could’ve went the whole complex, more meaningful (backpack) rap route, but he wouldn’t have gotten to where he is today

Same with Foley…for all intents and purposes dude was probably really good, maybe even better than we saw. But what critics like Flair and Hogan can’t get is that dumbed down daredevil shyt is what brought food to Foley’s table.

That’s not a knock on dude’s ability, but he might not have went any further career wise as generic workrate guy Mick Foley, promo ability be damned
Foley had to stand out in an era where guys like him never had a chance to shine whatsoever, so yeah, he needed that schtick. KO wouldn't have made it in that era.

It's the whole "x walked so y can run" type of deal.

"Triple H had a heart attack because he was a cheater" isn't even in the top 30 ridiculous things he's come out with, amazingly
the audacity to judge someone for cheating without any knowledge of it, when you dedicate your life to pretending to exploit women, being a 'street terrorist', putting women 'on the track' but in reality, you're just a lonely porn addict.

Imagine being a cosplay hustler and pimp from Tennessee claiming 'west coast' but saying a wrestler you don't like is a bad person and should die because they 'cheated' :dahell:

I think its fair to say KO would have the same work ethic in that era that he does now...he'd probably make it, its not like his body type is EASIER to make it now than it was back then...

Bubba Ray Dudley made it in the era just after foley, I'd expect Steen to as well.

Its quite arguable (and I'm making the argument now) that Kevin Owens has had a better career and is a better wrestler in general.
That first part might be true the second part is heavily debatable.
For me, it’s the other way around :patrice:

Mick Foley’s career/highlights > KO, BUT then again that’s the case with comparing almost anyone today to any star of wrestling’s 2 big boom eras :manny: especially factoring the SCSA rub for KO - feuding with prime Austin > 2022 Austin

As far as the better in-ring wrestler, I’m not mad at either as the answer.

Cripple H? He's a roid abusing ass kisser..he's nothing. Had a "cardiac event" because he's a cheater..
Thread is about wrestlers having the career of their dreams. You basically read the name and went on a completely off topic tangent that has nothing to do with my post nor this thread :mjlol:

No you dumb fukk, I brought him up because it pertains to the thread. It's about what each wrestler perceived as their dream and if they achieved it, not how I or anyone feels about their talent level :dead:
