Has anybody gotten in great shape in 30 days? Or a body recomposition?

I'm on day 31 of 75 hard. Seen big visual changes. Dropped 12 pounds, big difference in body comp, 7 inches off waist. 5-6 inches off abs and hips.

It can be done, maybe not to the extreme, but two 45 minute workouts a day, and a diet will def produce visible results

I just mirrors because some make my muscles look good and others make me look wide and pathetic :mjcry:

- no way are you accomplishing this and staying natty
- that kind of drastic turnaround is too much strain on your body and ends up doing more harm than good

It doesn't sound like you have a solid plan. What are your macros? How are you tracking them? What does your workout routine look like?

Not gon tell u how to workout but the fat will come off if you stop eating sugar
