Has anybody gotten in great shape in 30 days? Or a body recomposition?

5'10, 215. Right now I'm eating about 1700 a day

At one point I was around 15% body fat but was looking skinny fat despite lifting and having some muscle

You might be looking to get down to 180-190

That would take 2-3 months.

@KidJSoulP I looked at different fitness workers cite different research.
I came away with weight training one one day and cardio on off days or activate rest( walking)

The routines/programs on T Nation frequently show weights on 2 or 3 or days of the week and cardio/active rest on off days and a day of rest.
Tailor to your age and other factors like nutriotion amd overall work load(school/ employment/family)

I just think it is hard to overtrain to the point that it is detrimental (yall nikkas aint Kobe or Serena yall aint getting at it like that)
I'm assuming HIIT cardio, right?
That's what I did.
Well damn. And you got good results?
I have to take a week off of work to do the routine I was talking about :francis: . It's a lot easier to get sleep when I'm in monk mode like that. Also there's no way I could keep that up for a month because I know i would get injured

I original said it was a 7 day program but it's really a 10-11 day program.

Yeah I definitely liked my results.

I know I'm gonna be sore after those days going hard so I just deal with it. I still do a couple things do deal with soreness:

  • Massage gun
  • Biofreeze
  • Deep tissue massage (best option)

I ran track in high school and college so that sort of pain doesn't really phase me too much but age is catching up to me :flabbynsick:

As far as battle rope alternatives any type of hiit is good. I just do battle ropes to give my legs a break.

@KidJSoul im not talking about HIIT watch the video I posted.

Barbell complexes and dumbell complexes are resistance exercises performed consecutively. An example of a barbell complex includes performing a barbell back squat for 5 reps, stamdimg behimd tje head barbell press 10 reps , bent over barbell row 10 reps, barbell romanian deadlift 5 reps, barbell thrusters 15 reps all performed consecutively no rest. 5 sets no rest/little rest between sets

Basically super sets.

All with with a good amount of weight on the bar.

Incinerate fat and build muscle

No I understand that

I'm talking about what you do on the off days - if that's hiit cardio or not

body recomposition is very difficult, pretty much futile especially if you're not even close to your goal weight, you're just going to spin your wheels

its much easier to cut and then slowly add muscle mass

run 4 miles a day and then full body workouts 7 days a week

I lost anywhere from 2.5 lbs to 3.5 lbs a week while dieting

Given your requirements of keeping (or increasing) muscle and the fact you already in shape and work out ....ima say no. Changes will be minimal in 30 days off the fact you’ll only be able to cut calories so much while maintaining or building muscle

If you were out of shape and not really working out I’d say different. I lost 25+ In 2 months doing keto alone but the rapid loss fukked up my muscle gains

drink a lot more water , drink green tea 1 / 2 x a day ... apple cider vinegar 1 or 2 x a day is good for belly fat ...... work out couple times a week change your diet around and stop eating as much junk food and stay away from a lot ov high carbs ..... I notice if I eat a lot of bread stuff for a week strong or something I can feel weight going back on .... stay away from fizzy drinks aswell too much sugar that should help abit ....
