Has anybody gotten in great shape in 30 days? Or a body recomposition?

I already have muscle mass, but I still got a decent amount of fat. (enough to where it obscures my six pack almost completely, I have like a long 2 pack). My muscles don't show much in my clothing.

I wanna burn off this fat while maintaining or even slightly increasing my muscle mass. Any tips? I am cutting right now but if there is crazier way to get this shyt off QUICK in 30 days that would be nice. I wanna get a physique like Dwight Howard, LeBron, Westbrook, 90s Dennis Rodman, etc.

I already lift full-body 3x a week, usually 30-60 reps per major muscle group. Nothing too heavy that prevents me from hitting those muscle groups. I try to fit in 20-30 minutes of jump roping and/or Tabatas on off days.

Should I just up the anty? Or do one of those 30 day challenges where you pushup and pullup and squat everyday?

What do you weigh and how much are you trying to lose?

Have you ever hit the 10-13% bf mark before?

I've lost 10 lbs in one week on 2 separate occasions.

I kept my cals between 1500-2000 and I worked out in the morning and evening for 7 days straight.

Morning:

Battle ropes for 2 16 minute splits (total 32 minutes)
Pull exercises
10 minute battle ropes again

Evening
40 minutes airdyne bike
Push exercises

Yes, if you are extremely strict with your diet & workout regime.

Weeks before summer I always see women die on cardio machines. One time I saw a woman run the treadmill for 1hr 30 mins straight & over 1000 calories burnt. I bet she was flying out for a vacation soon

This cac from my work runs charity marathons, he sometimes loses 20 pounds in a weekend from running a marathon 20 mile marathon

I keep telling y'all to do the Super Saiyan challenge. That stuff got me right within 5 weeks. (I was eating right for the most part at the same time tho)

Y'all brehs need to quit trippin and get on it, man

Here's day 1. All of it is on YouTube

Some of yall gotta start posting reciepts to all the claims you be making. This is why I say people should be posting in the gym section instead if they want real advice.

OP it hards to give you any real advice without knowing your stats. You say you're cutting right now, how many cals are you taking in? How long have you've been cutting for? You might need to aim for getting in good shape instead of aiming for a physique like a pro athlete.

It takes 3-5 years to achieve the body y'all are really looking for, working out 3x a week.

All these 30 days, one week stuff isn't going to do much unless you are eating 300 calories a day to lose weight.

It's a full on lifestyle change. It's like you guys want to workout for like 60 days and the go back to eating bacon double cheeseburgers and fries every day. It doesn't work like that :snoop:

If you already done all the lifting then just switch your diet to eggs, oatmeal, chicken breast, rice and water. It's not rocket science.

You said it got you right in 5 weeks. I am saying that either you were already in decent shape or your definition of right is off. I'm not debating that the workout will get someone in shape. I saying it is misleading to say that if OP follow the Super Saiyan Challenge that he will look great in 30 days. If you are saying I'm wrong, by all means show me some evidence of someone doing this for 30 days and getting in great shape:yeshrug:
