Not sure what this is supposed to mean but I'm gonna assume you're saying he's only 30 and was still an all-star. That's true but it doesn't mean he's still in his prime. Some players are solid and steady and play for 18 seasons. Wade is clearly one of those players that shines bright but for a much shorter time. He was already clearly out of his prime last season, and he's now 7 years past his best year which was in 2006. He's a decade younger than Nash but I bet they'll retire around the same time.

D. Wade's best year was in the 2008-09 season. The season before last he beasted in the finals and was about to be finals MVP. This past year he was hur throughout, but that by no means shows that he's past his prime. He's lost a step, but not to the extent that he's not still one of the 10 best players in the world. Bosh is a top 15-20 player.

(To this thread generally) At no point in Kobe's career has he had two other top 20 players on his team. He and Shaq just both happened to be top 5 and then the dropout after was huge. The 08 LA Lakers never had a healthy Bynum. That team was based around Kobe, Odom and Gasol. The same Odom that for most of his career was not even considered better than a guy like Shawn Marion. THe same Odom who spent his entire career being "all star caliber" instead of playing in the all-star game. No one was calling Gasol better than Bosh pre-LA trade.

Having Bosh and Wade>>> Gasol and Odom.

This upcoming LA team will be the most talented team that Kobe has ever played on and he, Nash, Artest and Gasol are all no longer in their primes.

His 3 best years. What year did Duncan have garbage teammates? :whoo:

At no point in Ducans career has he been surrounded by bums.

never said Duncan was surrounded by bums, but NEVER had top 2-3 talent in their PRIMES playing alongside him

you telling me Duncan had the equivalent of Shaq prime and Howard prime and Gasol prime?

I read everything, I only respond to what I feel is worth responding to. I found no reason to respond to anything else you said, and I find no reason to list the players that were all-stars in their prime while playing with Kobe because a) that's pretty obvious to everyone and b) that's not even what the thread is about. Basically I was just telling OP that if he's gonna troll, at least be the best troll he can be. Don't leave out a half dozen extra players that fit the M-O of the thread.

You ignore what challenges your stance.

When was Pau Gasol ever top 3 talent? Have you lost your mind?

How about having a top 3 shooting guard and top 5 point guard on your team in 07?

How about having the premiere perimeter defender? :stopitslime:

How about David Robinson for the first ring in his last year is truly being great?

I give Duncan props for the 02-03 run as much as anything, but other than that, dude's squads weren't exactly winning series that they were supposed to lose.

I'm not trolling, I'm just factually listing all the players that made all-star teams that Kobe played with at some point. OP didn't list any qualifiers or anything and already listed other players that were :flabbynsick: by the time they played with Kobe so we might as well be accurate.

its trolling

Kobe never played with Divac.

Bruh, the 1st time I saw Parker play back in '02 playoffs, I knew immediately he was one of the top PG's in the league. Ginobili is a top SG in the league.

As for the rest, the Spurs have always had really good, not great players stacked on their team.

Duncan won the championship in 2003 with Parker averaging 15 points in the playoffs, Manu averaging SEVEN, and both shooting < 40%

He shot and scored more with bums. I don't think you can say he was at his best while missing the playoffs, losing in the first round and blowing 3-1 leads while quitting on his bum-filled team. :troll:
